2. Returns & Refund Policy
Every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@khairulholisticbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
We Cannot Offer Replacements For
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Individual skin reactions to ingredients (please patch test before use)
- Packages marked "Delivered" but not received — check with neighbors and your local postal service first
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided processing has not begun. Contact us immediately at info@khairulholisticbeauty.com.
Clinical Services Scheduling
All scheduling is done through the clinic — please contact the clinic directly to book or manage your appointment.
3. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing may be slightly longer during peak seasons.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Seattle location. Pickup is only available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 8am–6pm. Items are typically ready within 24 hours — you'll receive an email when your order is ready.
International Shipping
We primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, contact us at info@khairulholisticbeauty.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

5. Product Disclaimer & Ingredient Safety
FDA Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Ingredient Transparency
Full ingredient lists are on each product page and label. Our products are free from parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, and formaldehyde. We do not test on animals.
Patch Testing
We recommend a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. If irritation develops, do not use the product.
Allergen Notice
